		<description>google is always vague on their rules, plus youtube is owned by google, so they can argue its their property so  maybe they are exempt from the rules, hypocritical, yes, but against the rules, i highly doubt it, google has a crack team of lawyers that get paid to do just that, keep them out of trouble.</description>
