		<description>Alfred, if you continuously stumble your own articles you wont get as much traffic because it&#039;s apparent you are only interested in your own success. People on StumbleUpon do not mind you stumbling your own website but if that&#039;s ALL you do then they will just ignore you eventually. The first time you get stumbled or stumble yourself you get a lot because you are a new discovery in a sense, it&#039;s fine to continue to stumble your best work but in order to not annoy people you need to stumble other things to. You actually need to stumble through sites day by day and provide quality reviews of the sites you StumbleUpon.</description>

Next thing i new i had loads of traffic coming in, Now i stumble every new article i write.
