Video Interview with Tyler Cruz

My interviewee list is starting to build up nicely now.

For those who don’t know who Tyler Cruz is, he’s a prolific A-list blogger in this niche (MMO niche).

Tyler answered these questions via video, which was nice!

Thanks again to Tyler for your time. Was the best interview for this blog so far.

Tyler didn’t answer my last question though :(

    What was the last question?

I loved the part about the strawberry marshmallows and eating his own inventory. LOL. Pretty funny stuff…

For me, it was trying to sell vinyl decals in high-school. :)

Eh, not going to sit through all of that. It’s really cool how he did all of this for you, but it’s not got much in the way of holding my attention. I just don’t know if I could see this guy actually selling anything in real life, or not online, because he just doesn’t have that “killer” mindset about him. Interesting stuff, but a bit too laid back. if you are going to be doing videos, you need to be a personality that can hold attention longer than this. Thanks for the post!

…Went back and watched his thing about taxes. He’s wrong about paying “50%” taxes as he claims he avoided by declaring a corporation. This is just a tax bracket (the highest level), and you don’t actually end up paying 50%… its more like 17.5% taxes when you work it out. ;)

    Jim,

I actually stated that for me, at this time, it works out to be about the same since I’m taking everything out of the corporation and paying myself personally, which puts me back in the upper echelons of the tax brackets.

If the corporation earns more in the future, then I won’t be taking all of it out, and it will be more beneficial.
