There are many forums dedicated to webmasters, where one could contract out a writer for various projects. I have done it myself a few times and the costs is moderate. I have not outsourced content for my main blog (Groovy Vegetarian.com) but plan on doing it, as recently i am "procrastinating" quite abit, and dont want my blog to suffer for it. Good tips and i agree with your valid points.
