A friend of mine recently asked me to take their pencil drawing and make it look more like a logo in photoshop. I used Vector Magic to scan it in for free and vectorize the image, so I could go and color it and it came out looking pretty darn good. Just a thought :) You might already know this, but should you plan to get to that goal this year, Vector Magic might prove helpful.
